Order Status

How can I get the shipping tracking number?

After the cargo tracking information is transferred to the cargo tracking systems, it is located on the “My Account > Orders” page next to the related order and you can easily track your product.

When will my order be given to cargo?

After your order is approved, if your product is in stock, your order is prepared and then delivered to the cargo company. If not in stock, the procurement process starts and the product is delivered to the cargo immediately after supply. You can follow the process in “My Account > Orders” menu.

Order Change

How can I change the product(s) in my order?

You can request a change until your order enters the shipping process. No changes can be made to the products involved in the cargo process.

Due to the rapidly changing stock and supply conditions, completed orders cannot be changed.

If your order complies with the refund conditions, a refund will be made. Upon completion of your refund, you can order the desired product again.

My order was canceled without my knowledge, why?

Our system can cancel the order due to insufficient information in your order or failure to supply the product.

Other Order Issues

How do I reactivate my canceled order?

Canceled orders cannot be reactivate again. You can create a new order by adding the products you want to buy to your cart.

I receive notification of an order that does not belong to me, what should I do?
If you receive an email notification of an order that does not belong to you, please contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Can different products in the same order be delivered to different addresses?

When creating your order, each product in your order is registered at the same time through a single address. Products cannot be delivered to different addresses in order to avoid any confusion during shipment. Therefore, you must place a separate order for the products you wish to ship to a different address.

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered within 15 days at the latest after approval.

Refund & Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

You can request a order cancellation until your order enters the shipping process. No changes can be made to the products involved in the cargo process.

Due to the rapidly changing stock and supply conditions, completed orders cannot be cancelled.

How can I return my order?

The products you purchase cannot be returned in the name of constantly changing stock conditions and the happiness of our other customers.

Payment Issues

I’m having trouble paying, what can I do?

If you’re having trouble paying after you add the product to the cart, this may be caused by:

  1. You may have entered incorrect or incomplete credit card/debit card information or your card may not be approved due to insufficient funds.
    The stock status of the product may have changed and the product may be exhausted.
  2. There may be a momentary systemic problem.

My credit card was charged without my knowledge, what should I do?

The security of your personal information is one of the most important issues for YUP COOL. If your credit card has been charged without your knowledge, it will be canceled under certain conditions.

For orders given without your knowledge;

  1. If the products are not in the shipping process, the order will be canceled.
  2. If the products have been delivered, you will have to file an objection to the bank as a credit card holder.

Account Issues

How can I access my account information?

You can access your account information from “My Account > Account Details”.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you don’t remember your password for your account, you can access your information from your registered email via “Forgot Password”.

How do I delete my account?

As YUP COOL, we are very sorry for your request to delete your account. Account cancellation is done upon your request. Canceled accounts cannot be reactivated. Please contact us.
